Colours, packaging,
and presentation can vary slightly
because of display settings,
manufacturer revisions,
and normal production variation.
If a product is sold as a tester,
sample, discovery size,
or other non-standard presentation,
this is identified on the product page.
MANSII is an independent retailer.
We do not claim affiliation,
endorsement,
or authorised-retailer status
unless expressly stated.
3. PRICES
The applicable price and currency
are displayed on the website.
Taxes, delivery costs,
and other charges payable to MANSII
are shown before the order is submitted.
The total payable amount
is shown at checkout
before purchase confirmation.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order
represents an offer to purchase
the products shown in that order.
You will receive electronic confirmation
after placing an order.
We may decline or cancel an order
where, for example:
A product is unavailable.
Payment cannot be authorised.
An obvious pricing
or product-information error has occurred.
Delivery cannot be made
to the supplied address.
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order
after receiving payment,
the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment processing may be carried out

forms part of these Terms.
EU orders are fulfilled from Romania.

Nothing in these Terms
limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE

to statutory remedies

Any manufacturer's warranty

is additional to statutory rights.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MANSII name,

original text,
graphics,
and editorial material
may not be reproduced
or commercially used without permission

Third-party brand names
and trademarks remain
the property of their owners.
10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep mansii.com
accurate and available.
We do not guarantee
uninterrupted access at all times.
We may update,
suspend,
or change parts of the website
where reasonably necessary.
11. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms
excludes or limits liability
where doing so is prohibited by law.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights,
MANSII is not responsible
for losses caused solely
by circumstances outside
our reasonable control.

We will try to resolve
the complaint directly.
Consumers may also have access

Alternative Dispute Resolution body
or European Consumer Centre
where applicable.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed
by Norwegian law
to the extent permitted.
If you are a consumer
resident in an EU or EEA country,
this does not remove
mandatory consumer protections
that apply to you.
14. CHANGES
We may update these Terms
where reasonably necessary.
The version applicable to an order
is the version in effect
when the order was placed.
