Mansii is a curated index of hard-to-find niche perfumes for EU customers. The store is operated by Svendsgård and powered by Shopify.

[ 01 ] ACCESS TO THE INDEX
By using this site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use this site, its products, or its content for unlawful, unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or limit purchases where misuse, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock errors, or breach of these terms is identified.

[ 02 ] PRODUCT RECORDS
Mansii curates niche perfumes from independent suppliers, specialist boutiques, distributors, and private collections. Product records may include brand, title, size, concentration, availability, packaging notes, condition notes, and other relevant details.

We aim to present product information and images as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur between product photos, packaging, batch appearance, label design, lighting, screen settings, or supplier-provided condition details.

[ 03 ] LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Many Mansii products are limited, discontinued, difficult to source, or available in very small quantities. Stock may change quickly and cannot be guaranteed until an order is confirmed and accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and either cancel the order, issue a refund, or offer an alternative where appropriate.

[ 04 ] ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may review orders for stock accuracy, payment verification, shipping eligibility, address issues, fraud prevention, or supplier availability.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, order, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or account. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

[ 05 ] PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown by region and may be displayed in local currency depending on your location, Shopify Markets settings, and payment configuration. Prices may change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping fees, duties, customs charges, or any additional local taxes that may apply. Checkout will show available payment and shipping options before purchase is completed.

Payment is processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Mansii does not store full payment card details.

[ 06 ] SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Mansii currently serves EU customers only. Orders are shipped using tracked delivery where available. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, supplier handling, customs checks, weather disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Mansii is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

[ 07 ] RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by the Mansii returns policy. Due to the nature of fragrance products, return conditions may depend on whether the item is unopened, unused, sealed, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable consumer rules.

Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or misdescribed items should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery, with supporting photos and order details where relevant.

[ 08 ] AUTHENTICITY AND SUPPLIER VERIFICATION
Mansii sources from selected supplier channels and reviews items before dispatch. Verification may include supplier checks, product inspection, packaging review, record comparison, and condition assessment.

Mansii is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the perfume brands listed unless explicitly stated. Brand names are used only to identify the products offered.

[ 09 ] SITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Mansii name, visual system, catalog structure, product descriptions, interface design, copy, layout, and original content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

[ 10 ] THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The site may rely on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics tools, email systems, and technical service providers. Use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

[ 11 ] ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing mistakes, stock errors, product record issues, or shipping information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.
