WHERE WE DELIVER
MANSII currently delivers to supported destinations
within the European Union.
Available destinations are shown at checkout.
If a country is not available at checkout,
we do not currently ship there.
FULFILMENT ORIGIN
EU orders are fulfilled from Romania.
We use professional third-party distribution
and fulfilment partners.
HANDLING TIME
In-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch
within 0–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after warehouse cut-off,
on weekends, or on public holidays,
begin processing on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are normally sent with DPD
or an equivalent tracked carrier.
Transit within Europe is typically
2–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote destinations and islands can take longer.
For most EU orders,
a practical total estimate is approximately
2–9 business days from the date of order.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates
unless we expressly state otherwise.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping charge for your destination
is shown at checkout before payment.
MANSII does not add undisclosed shipping
or handling charges after an order is placed.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available,
details are sent to the email address
used for the order after dispatch.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing
a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering,
contact hello@mansii.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee an address change
after fulfilment has started.
DELAYS
Carrier delays can occasionally occur
because of peak periods, weather,
public holidays, or other circumstances
outside our reasonable control.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period,
contact hello@mansii.com with your order number.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged,
incomplete, or different from what you ordered,
contact hello@mansii.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number
and photographs where relevant.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
