Mansii operates as a curated index of hard-to-find niche perfumes for EU customers only. Orders are processed with controlled handling, supplier verification, and tracked dispatch where available.

[ 01 ] EU MARKET ONLY
Mansii currently ships only within the European Union. Orders placed from outside the supported EU market may be cancelled and refunded.

We do not currently ship to non-EU destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, or other non-EU regions unless explicitly stated at checkout.

[ 02 ] PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Some products may require additional verification or supplier coordination before dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier closure days.

[ 03 ] DELIVERY TIME
Estimated EU delivery time is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier, parcel routing, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, address issues, customs checks, security inspections, or other circumstances outside Mansii’s control.

[ 04 ] SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier availability, parcel weight, and order value.

Any available shipping options will be shown before the order is completed.

[ 05 ] TRACKING
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where tracking is available.

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting the parcel if required by the carrier or delivery point.

[ 06 ] PERFUME AND CARRIER LIMITATIONS
Perfume may be subject to carrier restrictions because fragrance products can contain alcohol. Mansii uses available shipping methods suitable for fragrance transport within the supported EU market.

If a carrier cannot deliver to a specific destination or address, the order may be cancelled, adjusted, or refunded.

[ 07 ] ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Mansii is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return fees, or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact Mansii immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

[ 08 ] FAILED DELIVERY OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of failed delivery attempts, missed collection, incorrect address information, or customer inaction, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping fees, handling fees, or other carrier charges.

[ 09 ] DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Mansii as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product, inner packaging, outer shipping box, label, and any visible damage. Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Mansii will review the claim and may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or carrier claim support depending on the situation and stock availability.

[ 10 ] DUTIES AND TAXES
Mansii sells to EU customers only. For EU orders, applicable taxes are handled according to the checkout configuration and regional requirements.

If an order is placed from outside the supported EU market or routed to an unsupported destination, the order may be cancelled.

[ 11 ] LIMITED STOCK
Many Mansii products are limited, discontinued, or sourced in small quantities. If an item cannot be fulfilled after order review, Mansii will contact you and issue a refund or offer an alternative where appropriate.
