Mansii operates as a curated index of hard-to-find niche perfumes for EU customers. Because many items are limited, discontinued, supplier-sourced, or available in small quantities, returns are handled through a controlled reverse-logistics process.
This policy explains how returns, claims, and refund requests are reviewed.
[ 01 ] RETURN WINDOW
To request a return, contact Mansii within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
Return requests must be submitted before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
[ 02 ] RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as received.
The perfume must be unused, unopened where applicable, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, seals, labels, caps, boxes, inserts, and included documentation.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened, sprayed, used, altered, damaged, or incomplete items may be refused.
[ 03 ] NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns may be declined if:
• The item has been opened, sprayed, used, or tested.
• The original seal or packaging has been broken where applicable.
• The item is returned without its original box, cap, inserts, or included packaging.
• The item shows signs of damage, leakage, alteration, or improper handling.
• The return request is submitted after the 14-day return window.
• The item was marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
[ 04 ] HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact Mansii at the contact address listed below. Include your order number, name, email address, item name, and reason for return.
If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for arranging secure return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.
[ 05 ] RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping must include tracking. The customer is responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected by Mansii.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side, such as an incorrect item or verified damage on arrival.
[ 06 ] INSPECTION AND REFUND
Returned items are inspected after arrival. If the item passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take several business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
[ 07 ] DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, leaking, or materially different from the product record, contact Mansii as soon as possible after delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage. Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery where possible.
If the claim is approved, Mansii may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or return label depending on the situation and stock availability.
[ 08 ] LIMITED AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Many Mansii products are hard to source, limited, or discontinued. If a returned or damaged item cannot be replaced, a refund may be issued instead.
[ 09 ] EXCHANGES
Mansii does not guarantee exchanges because stock is limited and availability changes quickly. If you want another item, the safest method is to place a new order after the original return has been reviewed.
[ 10 ] REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address information, missed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return fees, handling costs, or other charges incurred.
[ 11 ] CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under EU, EEA, or Norwegian law.
