Typical field deployment requires 3–7 business cycles depending on your geographic zone. Due to the high-value nature of these specimens, all deliveries require a mandatory signature protocol to ensure a secure, documented handover.

Archival carriers and horological assets require calculated maintenance to preserve their structural viability. Protect leather and coated canvas chassis from prolonged UV exposure, direct thermal sources, and high-humidity environments. When not in active field deployment, specimens must be stored within their designated dust covers. Utilize internal support structures (inserts) to maintain the original chassis geometry. Chemical solvents must strictly bypass all exterior hardware and canvas matrices.
