[ 01 ] PROVENANCE_VERIFICATION

Every asset within the MANSII vault undergoes a strict dual-node authentication process. Specimens are tactically extracted from verified European nodes and meticulously vetted for structural integrity, serial logic, and hardware authenticity.

I. VERIFICATION_SYSTEMS

  • Substrate Vetting: We deploy physical inspection protocols to verify 100% Cashmere, Silk, and Technical Nylon density for all [01] SHELL_MODULES.
  • Serial Documentation: Unique serial data and manufacturing origins (Solomeo, Trivero, Hamburg) are documented to ensure a transparent chain of custody.

II. ARCHIVE_INTEGRITY

  • Hardware Validation: Every zipper, hinge, and polycarbonate ribbing is cross-referenced against archival blueprints to filter out compromised assets.
  • Condition-S Standard: Each extraction is vetted for storage stability and batch-code alignment to guarantee "New Old Stock" status.

III. THE GUARANTEE
MANSII operates under a Zero-Naive Policy. If an asset fails any node of the verification protocol, it is permanently decommissioned. We do not circulate replicas, second-hand wear, or assets with obscured provenance.

[ 02 ] LOGISTICS_PROTOCOLS

Global transit is executed via fully insured, high-security courier networks. Extracted assets are securely packaged and dispatched from the central terminal within 48–72 hours of final clearance. Typical field deployment requires 3–7 business cycles depending on your geographic zone. Due to the high-value nature of these specimens, all deliveries require a mandatory signature protocol to ensure a secure, documented handover.

[ 03 ] MAINTENANCE_PROTOCOLS

Archival specimens require calculated maintenance to preserve their structural and material viability. Protect 100% Cashmere, Technical Nylon, and Polycarbonate chassis from prolonged UV exposure, high-humidity environments, and improper storage geometry.

I. SUBSTRATE_CARE [ SHELLS & THERMALS ]

  • Thermal Logic: High-density Cashmere and Silk (Cucinelli/Loro Piana) must breathe. Store in cool, dry sectors (15-20°C). Avoid wire hangers; utilize wide-contoured cedar supports to maintain shoulder-node geometry.
  • Atmospheric Recovery: After field deployment, allow garments to rest for 24 hours to let natural fibers (Cashmere/Wool) shed moisture and regain original tension.
  • Decontamination: Professional eco-cleaning only. Avoid high-heat industrial drying which triggers fiber-shrinkage and delamination of technical membranes.

II. HARDWARE_INTEGRITY [ CARRIER_ASSETS ]

  • Chassis Storage: When not in active deployment, Montblanc trolleys and leather carriers should be stored in their designated dust-shields to prevent surface oxidation.
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Keep zippers and telescopic handle tracks free of debris. Utilize pH-neutral cleansers on polycarbonate shells to maintain matte/gloss integrity.

III. MATERIAL_EXCLUSION
Avoid all contact between alcohol-based fragrance mists and technical outerwear or eyewear optics. Chemical extractions can cause permanent staining on Cashmere and stress-fractures in high-density acetate or nylon membranes.
